1. Let’s chat☎️

Get in touch to find out what’s important to you, the current situation, therapy goals and care needs.

2. Get assessed at home 🏡

I’ll visit the home to assess your needs. This helps us develop recommendations, care plans and goals together.

3. Start therapy 👨‍🦽

We begin therapy. This can involve equipment trials or organising home modifications for you. At all times, all involved are up-to-date with your care.
